SteamVR Tracker issue workaround

Hello there!

I updated the Wiki page regarding a recent issue that many seem to have using SUVA. The recent SteamVR update introduced a powersaving feature that turns trackers off after 5 minutes when the headset is idle.

As SUVA does not require the headset this causes some problems.
